Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a large variety of optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you complete your needs, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you need.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and made in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to place materials in a more accurate way. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures in order to position loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being designed and made all the time and will be available in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For example, load-reach management devices could automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
